Minimum time of rental:
We rent our guesthouse per week (Saturday to Saturday)
Arrival: Saturday after 16.00h
Departure: Saturday before 10.00h
Between 01/09 and 01/06, stays of at least 3 nights are possible, with a freely selectable arrival and departure day
Reservation, advance, and payment:
After your reservation-request, we send you a reservation-confirmation by post. You reservation is fixed, after the payment of an advance of 30%. The remaining amount shall be paid 21 days before date of arrival. Payment by bank-transfer, please.
Bed linnen:
The bed linen is included in our price. Extra bed linen, or changing the linen, can be arranged on request. Price: € 5,00= per person.
Bath linnen
The towels are also included in the price. We provide :2 Towels ; 1 Bath-towel; 2 washing-gloves per person
Extra information:
Smoking is only allowed outside.
Spitefully we cannot accept any pets.
Our house is not suitable to guests who have mobility problems.
Cleaning the guest-house:
Out of our experience we know that it takes about three hours to clean our guest-house properly. We find that you should not spend your last day of your holidays cleaning the guest-house, so you can enjoy your holidays up to the last minute. That is why we included this service in our price.
